It doesn't have to be lonely to be a boss
Sometimes it can feel like you are standing alone with tough challenges and questions. Then it is very nice to get advice and support from another manager (who also has a duty of confidentiality). Our management advisors are managers themselves or have been managers and are used to tricky situations in the role. In addition, they are used to quickly getting into situations and giving advice.
This is not included in the service: Reading documents, Tax advice or accounting assistance - Business law or employment law advice.

- I have a person in my team that I constantly run into conflict with. How do I handle it?
- How do I increase motivation in my team?
- How do I best reward individuals in the team?
- I am going to hold performance appraisals for all my employees and want help to prepare.

Let us know what kind of help you need
You start by selecting time and format (phone or video). Then, you tell us what we can help you with. The more specific you are, the better we can help you. - 2
Talk to a job expert
Before we speak, the job expert will go through the information you have provided us in advance, so that we have a good understanding of what you need help with. A call usually takes about 30 minutes. - 3
Follow-up if needed
After the consultation, you can of course ask follow-up questions to our job experts via e-mail, if there was something you forgot to ask about or if a new thought arises.
