Develop starting from where you are today

Sometimes you are ready for a challenge but have no desire to change roles or workplace. Or maybe it's not just the situation now. Often there is development potential where you are, but you may not see it yourself - or know how you want to develop. Then it is good to talk to an expert who can help you find out or help you get the development you wish to get.

Examples of questions you can ask:

I want new challenges, how do I bring that up with my boss?
I would like to move more towards x, how can I do that?
What do I need to think about, or supplement with, to become a manager?
There are a lot of new changes at my current work, and I'm not comfortable with them...
I have been offered a new role internally, but not sure if it is right role for me?

Let us know what kind of help you need
You start by selecting the time and format (phone or video). Then, you tell us what we can help you with. The more specific you are, the better we can help you.

Talk to a job expert
Before we speak, the job expert will go through the information you have provided us in advance, so that we have a good understanding of what you need help with. A call usually takes about 20 minutes.

Follow-up if needed
After the consultation, you can of course ask follow-up questions to our job experts via e-mail, if there was something you forgot to ask about or if a new thought arises.
