Serious coaching is built on a foundation of knowledge and methodology
Our coaches are certified with ICC, ICF or an equivalent certification. These certifications are well established and proven. This means that the coach is trained to guide you through a unique questioning technique. Technology helps you find your answers and, above all, your drive. When you find the answers yourself, you will be more manageable and motivated to take action. The basic idea of coaching is that you should get help finding your answers and truths that you can not ignore instead of getting them served in the form of advice (which you can easily overlook if you do not want to follow it).
Our coaching is adapted so that you will be helped in just one call, but you are of course welcome to book more times if you want.
Examples of questions you can ask:
- I have encountered problems in my role and I need the support from my boss. How do I best deal with it?
- I feel stuck in my role and I feel that is the reason I can't do a good job.
- I'm having an performance appraisal and want to check with someone before that.
- I have a situation I need to solve, but I'd rather avoid asking my manager for advice.
- Help! My colleague I don't get along. How do I handle it? - There is sexual harassment in my workplace. What should I do?

Let us know what kind of help you need
You start by selecting the time and format (phone or video). Then, you tell us what we can help you with. The more specific you are, the better we can help you. - 2
Talk to a job expert
Before we speak, the job expert will go through the information you have provided us in advance, so that we have a good understanding of what you need help with. A call usually takes about 20 minutes. - 3
Follow-up if needed
After the consultation, you can of course ask follow-up questions to our job experts via e-mail, if there was something you forgot to ask about or if a new thought arises.
